Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.  2XU UK is no longer accepting online exchanges. 

2XU has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.  We will allow a change of mind return for refund, provided that the item in question is

  1. A full priced and/or sale item;
  2. returned within 30 days of order from uk.2XU.com;
  3. in original purchased condition with tags attached;
  4. not underwear or socks; and
  5. not damaged in any way.

We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund on items excluding socks and underwear if returned within 30 days of its original purchase if product is in original purchased condition with tags attached. 

As stock availability across our range fluctuates, we cannot guarantee that we’ll have the preferred item that you wish to exchange for in stock. Instead, we ask you to purchase your preferred item through the website and submit your request for a full refund for the item that you wish to return. Refunds from returns will be processed by 2XU within 10 working days.

Once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns policy, refunds or credits will be processed within 10 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

Please Note: Online returns can NOT be processed in store.

2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items. We apologise, we cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE REFUNDED?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return at our warehouse 2XU UK at Unify Brand Partnerships Ltd. Once one of our specialists have confirmed it complies with our returns policy, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within 10 business days
I THINK MY ITEM MIGHT BE FAULTY?
If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request under our warranty for return or exchange, along with any relevant images attached to the returns form above. We aim to respond to all requests within 3 days. Simply start a Live Chat or email us at UKHelpdesk@2xu.com
HOW DO I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?
It's FREE to return! Print your returns label at home or at the Post office (via a QR code Royal Mail will email to you). To organise a return of an online purchase, please visit our returns portal and follow the Instructions.

If you ordered before the 23rd February 2021 please send an email request to return/exchange (including your order number) to returns.uk@2xu.com.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges on products other than faulty items. In order to provide the best service and quickest turn around, if you find yourself with a product that doesn’t fit, isn’t right for you or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can follow our standard returns process, opting for a refund. This means you can jump on site and order the replacement right away, making sure you get it at the price you want and when it’s in stock.

All unwanted items that are returned will be refunded back to the original payment method, as per our returns terms and conditions.
