2XU Announces New Partnership with Bristol Flyers
2XU ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH BRISTOL FLYERS
We're excited to announce that we have signed a season-long deal to become
the Official Compression and Recovery Partner of Bristol Flyers - a professional
basketball club competing in the nation's top-tier competition, the British
Basketball League (BBL).

The team will benefit from 2XU’s elite performance and recovery products,
including shooting sleeves, compression shorts and recovery tights throughout
the 2021/22 BBL season. The team will further be supported with technical
apparel to aid and accelerate post-match recovery.
On the new partnership, Flyers’ Commercial Manager Steve Devereux said: “2XU
are an established technical performance apparel company and therefore a
perfect partner for an elite sports club such as ourselves.
“Supporting the recovery of our athletes is especially beneficial with the intense
nature of a basketball schedule often meaning multiple games in a week."
We also caught up with our own Damian Cooper on the partnership, who said:
“We’re incredibly excited to partner with Bristol Flyers and provide the team with
2XU’s leading compression garments.
"Flyers know exactly what it takes to perform at the top level, so with an intense
2021/22 schedule ahead, 2XU’s compression will help to enhance the team’s
preparation and performance by increasing blood flow and reducing muscle
movement whilst offering powerful yet lightweight flexibility – all of which will
help to reduce the risk of injury and speed up recovery between games.”
