Returns and Exchanges

Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.

2XU has a Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally. We will allow a change of mind return for exchange or a refund, provided that the item in question is -
  • A full priced item.
  • returned within 60 days of order from;
  • in original purchased condition with tags attached;
  • not underwear or socks;
  • not damaged in any way.

We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund on items excluding socks and underwear if returned within 60 days of its original purchase if product is in original purchased condition with tags attached.

As stock availability across our range fluctuates, we can't guarantee that weโ€™ll have the preferred item that you wish to exchange for in stock but will do our best to accommodate.

To Exchange your item for a different size or different product, drop us a line at and we will do our best to find the right product for you. Simply notify us of your request to exchange, pop a note in your returns parcel and send it back to us through the FREE to return portal, once we receive it, we'll ship your new item back out to you.

If you opt for a refund, once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns policy, refunds or credits will be processed within 10 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

Please Note: Online returns can NOT be processed in store.

2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We recommend you obtain postal insurance before sending the items.

We will process your refund as soon as weโ€™ve received and inspected your return at 2XU UK at Unify Brand Partnerships Ltd. Once one of our specialists have confirmed it complies with our returns policy, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within 10 business days
