RETURNS

Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights. 2XU has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.

  • Items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal - 2XU UK Returns
  • Items purchased from a 2XU authorised partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.

We will allow a change of mind return for refund provided that the item in question is:

  1. A price item purchased at uk.2xu.com
  2. Return is made within 30 days of delivery
  3. Item is returned to us within 14 days of return submission
  4. In original purchased condition with tags attached
  5. In original & undamaged packaging
  6. Has not been worn
  7. Not underwear or socks; and
  8. Not damaged in any way

2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely.

REFUND

We are happy to offer a full refund on all full priced items, excluding Swimsuit and socks, providing we are notified of return within 30 days of delivery and items meet the above requirements. The item/s must be returned to us within 30 days from notification. 

Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

Item/s that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.

Once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days. (Allow for longer during peak event and sale periods).  Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

Please Note: Online returns can NOT be processed in store. You can submit your return via our returns portal.

When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 10 business days depending on your bank. (Allow for longer during the Christmas and New Year Period).
