RETURNS PROCESS

We are happy to process an exchange or return on eligible items.

To start your return, please go to the online return portal - 2XU UK Returns and follow the prompts.

Alternatively, you can access our returns portal from our website. Click "Make a Return" on the website's footer.

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION

Our change of mind policy applies in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. 2XU has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.

  • Items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal - 2XU UK Returns
  • Items purchased from a 2XU authorised partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.

We will allow a change of mind return for refund provided that the item in question is:

  1. A price item purchased at uk.2xu.com
  2. Return is made within 30 days of delivery (Extended 60-Day Return Policy: To ensure our customers have ample time for their holiday purchases, we have extended our standard return period to 60 days, effective date from 10th Nov 2025) 
  3. Item is returned to us within 14 days of return submission
  4. In original purchased condition with tags attached
  5. In original & undamaged packaging
  6. Has not been worn
  7. Not socks; and
  8. Not damaged in any way

We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, for hygiene reasons you must wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

IMPORTANT - 2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely.

Please note, all returns must be shipped via Royal Mail, there is no customer access at our warehouse.

REFUND

We are happy to offer a full refund on all full priced items, excluding socks, for up to 30 days from purchase provided the items meet the above requirements.

Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. (Allow for longer during peak event and sale periods). Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.

Item/s that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.

How do I make an online return?

Please Note: Online returns can NOT be processed in partnered store. You can submit your return via our returns portal.

How do I make a return if I have moved overseas?

If you would like to organise an international return, please contact our customer care team ukhelpdesk@2xu.com for further information.

When will my purchase be refunded?

We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

I think my item might be faulty on arrival?

Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights, under consumer Law. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please reach out to our service team at ukhelpdesk@2xu.com.
