The fittest men, women and teams from 17 worldwide areas will head to one of eight regional events around the world over three weekends starting in Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park for the Australian Crossfit Regionals, where athletes will be aiming to confirm their spot to compete in the Crossfit Games in July in the USA.
