When will my order arrive?

Standard Delivery: Up to 5 working days to arrive.

Express Delivery: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under £70 shipping is a flat rate of STANDARD DELIVERY £4.49. Orders over £70 will qualify for free shipping.

Express Shipping £6.49 Orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

What if I need my garment sooner?

We offer an Express Shipping option for £6.49, which ensures 2-3 day delivery for orders made before 10:00am.

How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

What if my order doesn’t reach me?

If you suspect that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us via UKHelpdesk@2xu.com so that we can help locate your parcel.

Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases we can issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply email us at UKHelpdesk@2xu.com with your new delivery address so that we can assist you. Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.

Does 2XU UK ship internationally?

International shipping is not available from our UK website.
