This is one of the best compression tops out there
When I finish 2 games of softball on a Saturday afternoon in summer, I get all my gear off, and my back feels great and not stressed with the added bonus of keeping the sun off my arms

My experience with the short sleeve version was great, and with winter coming figured I’d try the long sleeve. I suggest sizing down for a tighter fit. Usually an XL here.
