I did have to go a size up and well it wasn’t much of a difference. I did like that I kept cool and dry quickly during wet obstacles for my Spartan Ultra and definitely helped me not burn or get darker from the sun exposure. Really recommend this for any long distance running!
Best ever piece of clothing my daughter owns . She wears it all the time for her league games .
