After a couple of quite chilly early morning runs that left me with hands that needed thawing, I grabbed these gloves to ensure my fingers still work after extended time in the cold. These are fantastic at not limiting your dexterity with your hands - I really wanted gloves that weren't so protective that you cant actually use your hands while wearing them - yet still sufficiently warm that you still have feeling in the hands when you are finished with the run.
Great gym gloves. Not slippery. Much easier holding the cold equipment. Great quality.

Was worried they wouldn’t fit or hands would be too warm for running but wasn’t an issue at all! In additional they are quite thin/close to the skin that allows dexterity which I love
