I've used compression sleeves from different brands, but I always keep coming back to 2XU. These sleeves are tight and stay in place. I'm 6 ft 200 pds 65 years old with 14" arms so I bought large, according to their chart. Highly recommend.

2XU compression is comfortable, with soft breathable fabric which is lightweight keeping you cool and dry with a comfortable fit during both exercise and recovery.
It offers great support but not overly restrictive, making it comfortable for extended wear. It fits snugly without causing discomfort. It Improves blood circulation and therefore aids with recovery, promoting enhanced circulation, which helps more oxygen to muscles during exercise.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Love this top for rowing, it keeps you warm and or cool just by jumping in the water. Keeps the sun off and is 100% smoother and sleeker than any rashie.
