Perfect running shorts for a Half Marathon

I'm training for the Nike After Dark Tour @2025 and having a pocket for a phone (vs a belt) on my lower back is so much more comfortable and balanced - with additional pockets either side (1 zipped) for key/ GU chews I am ready to go. Shorts length (mid-thigh) is perfect as well and they don't ride up thanks to the drawstring. Best comfortable shorts for longer runs

Great for running

Recently got into running. Already had a short pair of 2XU for sport, found I needed a second pair and these are great. Legs felt good after 7km run. Drawstring and zip pocket are handy too.

Light Speed Mid-Rise Compression Shorts M

I absolutely love these shorts. The compression feels really great and I do believe my legs feel a lot more supported in these shorts on long runs than in my Lululemon! I am a lulu size 4 and wear a M for these. The only let down is that they don't have side pockets which is a pain for my longer runs as I don't like to have to wear a belt or back pack. I would 100% recommend them
