I am two and a half months back into training after varicose vein surgery and these compression socks have been awesome. I have used other compression socks before but wanted to make sure I gave my body the best recovery it could getting back into my training as my leg veijs will take some time to fully adjust after the surgery. These my expectations and you can really feel the body heat being retained in the leg with the FIR. Sizing and compression is spot on
These compression socks are fantastic, I recently had ankle replacement surgery and the surgeon advised me to purchase these socks which I did to assist with swelling and recovery, they certainly assisted with my recovery to be able to start weight bearing after 8 weeks of non weight bearing.
I recommend the Recovery Compression Socks with FIR for anyone who is a runner, spends a lot of time on their feet or travelling on flights they are the best🌟🥇

Love them…. I’ve had multiple pairs of compression socks and 2XU are great as they do what they say on the box and last a long time. Other compression socks don’t last as long. Thanks 2XU.
Great fit, comfortable to wear
Used these every night on the Kokoda track and they were an absolute game changer. After long days climbing, descending and smashing through mud, my calves and feet were cooked… slipped these on and within an hour you could feel the difference.
They’ve got that firm compression without being uncomfortable, and they didn’t overheat even in the PNG humidity. Woke up each morning with way less stiffness and swelling, which makes a massive difference when you’ve got another big day ahead.
Fit is spot on, stayed up all night, and dried quickly when needed. If you’re doing multi-day trekking or anything that punishes the legs, these are worth their weight in gold.
